Digital Products & Online Shop Terms
Digital products may include downloadable or streamed guided workbooks, journals, ebooks, audiobooks, audio clips, hypnosis recordings and related resources. The product page will describe the format, compatibility, language, access method and any access period that applies.
Access and delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address or customer account supplied at checkout, or through an access link shown after payment. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate contact details and for checking device, software and internet compatibility stated on the product page. If access is not received within the period stated at checkout, the buyer should contact hello@lianneminds.com so that delivery or access can be investigated.
Digital-product refund policy
Because digital products are supplied electronically and access or download may begin immediately after purchase, purchases are generally final and are not refundable for change of mind once the product has been accessed, downloaded, streamed or emailed. By completing the purchase and requesting immediate electronic delivery, the buyer consents to supply beginning immediately.
This does not limit any right that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a digital product is defective, materially different from its description, duplicated in error, or cannot be accessed because of a fault attributable to Lianne Minds, the buyer must contact hello@lianneminds.com within 7 days of purchase with the order details and a description of the issue. Lianne Minds will first provide reasonable technical assistance or replacement access and, where the issue cannot reasonably be corrected, will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Refunds will not ordinarily be given where the buyer changes their mind, purchases the wrong product, lacks compatible equipment or software that was disclosed before purchase, or fails to use or complete the product. Each request will nevertheless be considered in accordance with applicable South African law.
Health and safety
Digital hypnosis or relaxation recordings are intended for use only when the listener can rest safely and give the recording their full attention. They must not be used while driving, operating machinery or carrying out any activity requiring alertness. Product descriptions and accompanying instructions form part of these terms. Digital products are educational and supportive resources and do not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric or other appropriately qualified professional care.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation or access instruction has been issued. Lianne Minds may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing or product-description error, suspected fraud, unauthorised payment or a technical failure. Card payments are processed through Yoco. EFT is not a standard online-shop payment method and is available only for programmes or workshops by prior direct arrangement.
