Website Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of lianneminds.com, the online shop and online booking or purchase interactions. Separate Client Services Agreement terms apply to private client engagements.

  • Offerings include transformational coaching, RTT® and hypnotherapy within the practitioner’s professional scope, workshops, programmes and digital products such as guided workbooks, journals, ebooks, audiobooks, audio clips and hypnosis recordings.
  • Prices are displayed on the website or communicated in the relevant proposal, booking or payment communication. Online shop card payments are processed securely through Yoco. EFT is accepted only for programmes or workshops where Lianne Minds has agreed to this directly and in advance. Payment must clear before access, attendance or delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing. Prices include VAT only if expressly stated; Lianne Minds is not VAT registered unless the website or invoice states otherwise.
  • Paid sessions require 48 hours’ notice for cancellation/rescheduling. Late cancellation may attract 50% of the scheduled session fee; a no-show may attract 100%.
  • Programme cancellation and refund calculations take account of work already delivered or prepared, the terms accepted at purchase and applicable South African consumer law. Workshop cancellations, transfers and refunds are subject to the cancellation terms shown at booking. Statutory rights prevail in every case.
  • Website, programme and digital-product content, including Lianne Minds materials, frameworks, workbooks, journals, ebooks, audio recordings and hypnosis recordings, is protected intellectual property. A purchase grants the buyer a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for individual, non-commercial use. Content may not be copied, shared, resold, uploaded, distributed, publicly performed, adapted or used to train an artificial-intelligence system without prior written permission.
  • Third-party platforms have their own terms and privacy practices.
  • These terms are governed by South African law, subject to non-excludable consumer rights.
