Information we may collect
- Identity and contact details.
- Booking information through Calendly.
- Payment and invoice information relating to Yoco card transactions and, where agreed directly in advance, EFT payments for programmes or workshops.
- Website/device/cookie information where applicable.
- Communications via email, WhatsApp and other agreed channels.
- Client onboarding, intake and session information.
- Where relevant to client work, special personal information relating to health, wellbeing or other sensitive background information voluntarily supplied.
Why we process information
- Respond to enquiries and arrange Discovery Calls.
- Assess suitability and enter into/perform a client agreement.
- Provide coaching, RTT® and hypnotherapy services.
- Administer bookings, payments, records and client support.
- Maintain legal, insurance, professional and business records.
- Operate and secure the website and, with appropriate consent, analyse usage or send marketing communications.
Service providers & cross-border processing
Lianne Minds may use service providers including Calendly, Zoom, Google Meet, Yoco, Jotform (if implemented), WhatsApp/Meta and secure cloud/business systems. Yoco processes card-payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. Lianne Minds does not ordinarily receive or store complete card details. Some providers may process data outside South Africa. Appropriate POPIA safeguards and provider terms should be assessed and documented.
Security & retention
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards will be used according to the sensitivity of the information. Client records are retained for 7 years and then securely deleted, destroyed or de-identified, subject to overriding legal or insurance requirements.
Your rights
- Request access to personal information held about you where applicable.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion/destruction where legally permitted.
- Object to certain processing or withdraw consent where consent is the basis.
- Opt out of direct marketing.
- Complain to the Information Regulator where appropriate.
